Before processing your first withdrawal, wow99 will require you to complete a KYC verification process. This typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card — KTP — or a valid passport) and, where appropriate, proof of address. wow99 may request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Deposits via local bank transfer and Indonesian e-wallets are credited to your Account in real time or within minutes under normal operating conditions. wow99 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your proof of transfer.
The current minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. wow99 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time. Updated thresholds will be displayed in the deposit section of the cashier.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. wow99 will not accept deposits made on behalf of a Member by a third party. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the originating account and any wagers placed using those funds will be voided.
A Member may request a withdrawal of their available cash balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification has been successfully completed; (b) any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds credited to the Account have been met; (c) the Account is in good standing and not subject to any restriction or investigation; and (d) the withdrawal amount meets the current minimum withdrawal threshold.
wow99 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 3 hours of approval under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. wow99 is not liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider once funds have been dispatched.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment channel used for the Member's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawals must be directed to an account registered in the Member's own legal name. wow99 reserves the right to require additional proof of account ownership before releasing funds.
The current minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits vary by Member tier and payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
wow99 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligible games, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier and eligible games list will be clearly stated in each promotion. During bonus play, the maximum permitted stake per round or bet is Rp 200.000 unless the promotion terms specify a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
wow99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using low-risk wagering strategies (such as covering the majority of roulette outcomes) to meet wagering requirements artificially; exploiting errors or technical faults in games or the Platform; and coordinating with other Members to share or transfer bonus value. Bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
wow99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are offered at wow99's sole discretion and do not form a contractual entitlement beyond the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
The following general betting rules apply across all products on the wow99 Platform. In any event, wow99's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: By using the wow99 Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited. wow99 makes no warranty or representation that you will win, profit, or recover funds wagered on the Platform.
wow99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wow99 will notify Members via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where practicable, via the email address registered to the Account. The revised Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than 7 days after publication except where a shorter period is required by law or by urgent operational necessity.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wow99's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and wow99, the Member is encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. wow99 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents wow99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
